... form the basis for the variety of laboratory, knowledge, and engineering events in Science Olympiad.  Now that states are using the Next Generation Science Standards, the national Science Olympiad Organization's chart of standards matches with the standards used in Oregon science classrooms.  Here are four different documents that could be helpful to you in aligning a Science Olympiad class or club to science teaching standards:
